About

Movement, breath and traditional healing
held in one practice.

I’m Layla, a yoga and wellness instructor and acupuncturist. My work combines mindful movement with therapeutic treatment, and every session is built around the person in front of me.

The body doesn’t
exist in separate
parts.

Movement, breathing, recovery, sleep, stress, digestion and physical wellbeing are all connected. Treating them as separate problems rarely gets anyone very far — so I don’t.

My work brings together movement, breath, strength, mobility, nervous-system regulation and traditional healing practices. In practice that means Pilates, Reformer, Lagree, Yoga and Barre alongside acupuncture and cupping, drawn on in whatever combination actually suits you

Every session is adapted to the individual — your level, your goals, and how your body arrives that day.

Whether your goal is to build strength, improve flexibility, support recovery, manage stress or simply create more balance in everyday life, we start from where you are rather than from a fixed programme. Complete beginners are as welcome as people with an established practice.

With acupuncture and cupping, the same principle applies. Rather than treating a symptom on its own, I look at the whole person — physical symptoms, stress, sleep, digestion, energy, emotional wellbeing and lifestyle — and build the treatment from there.

Why people come

You may come because you
want to become stronger.

You may come because you
feel stressed, disconnected or
exhausted.

You may come because your
body feels tight or
uncomfortable.

Or simply because you want a
healthier relationship with
your body.

Wherever you are starting from, we begin there.

What I work with

Movement

Strength, mobility, posture, balance and control — built through Pilates, Reformer, Lagree, Barre and yoga.

Breath

Breathing as part of the practice rather than an afterthought, connecting movement with awareness and presence.

Rest

Yin, Nidra and Restorative practice for people who are mentally overloaded, physically tired or out of the habit of resting.

Traditional therapy

Acupuncture, dry cupping and wet cupping (Hijama), assessed individually and used alongside the movement work.

Where I teach

Studio sessions, private one-
to-one, and events.

From small group classes to brand and community events, the
practice travels — indoors, outdoors, and by the sea.

What a first session
looks like

We talk first

A consultation covering what brought you in, your current symptoms, lifestyle, sleep, digestion, stress levels and overall wellbeing.

The session

Movement, treatment or a combination of both — paced to your level, with modifications offered throughout rather than assumed at the end.

Where to go next

Guidance you can carry into your week, and an honest view on frequency. There’s no single schedule that’s right for everyone.
